To access our online store you will have to leave this website so please make sure you have read all the directions before you leave to make your purchase.

To order:

Pick a piece of pottery

Add the studio fee

Pick up to four colors (included in the studio fee, see color chart below)

Add extra colors if desired ($1 per color)

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have gotten your order. You will receive a second email letting you know when your order is ready for pickup. We may prepare orders outside of store hours, if you receive an "order ready" email outside of our regular business hours, your order will be available as soon as we are open the following day.

To get your order:

Once you have received your "order ready" email, your order should be ready and waiting for you. When you get to Fired Up just tell us your name, or find your order with your receipt stapled to it in the window and you are all set to go paint.

Returning your items to be fired:

When you are finished painting your pieces wrap them up in the paper they were wrapped in when you bought them. You can bring your pieces back to the store during any of our open hours.  Please have your first and last name as well as your phone number clearly written on the bag, or leave the original receipt stapled to the bag. If possible paint your name or initials on the bottom of each of your pieces.

Most pieces will be fired and ready for pickup one or two weeks after they have been dropped off. If you would like to check on the status of your pieces please call the store at 203-481-1015.
